该项目由三个最重要的建筑要素构成：砖基础、两个L形的体量，采用荧光白玻璃覆盖表面，并相互重叠。建筑与地形相呼应，屋顶面对水边呈向下倾斜的趋势。这一形式不仅让建筑融于景观之中，还保证了所有房间都能享受充足的阳光。采用砖的目的在于让建筑形成牢固的锚固于土地上的感觉，同时为上层的玻璃空间提供了明确而坚实的基础。基础中包括公共空间，比如门厅、餐厅、会议室和停车场，而酒店客房则位于玻璃体块之内。从水边的休闲娱乐区到酒店的室外空间过度是流畅的，可以从酒店大堂走对角线直达水边。酒店周围的景观是花园式的，与原有的基础设施和步道结合在一起。这座建筑与旁边沿着马丁路的一座建筑相邻，在高度上也与其相一致。在东南面则逐级降低高度以便于这一侧的公园和海滩连接，形成合适的尺度感。本质上，这座酒店充当了北面高密度建设区与南面的开放区域之间的过渡。这一理念通过透明的主入口得到进一步加强，当人们沿着马丁路进入酒店时，保证了室内中通向大海的视野。
The project consists of three principal building elements: a base of brick and two L-shaped structures clad in optical white glass， which are stacked one upon the other. The building echoes the terrain， with the height of its volumes stepping down towards the water. This organization not only allows the building to integrate with the landscape， but ensures good daylight conditions in all areas.The intention in the use of brick is to give the impression of a building that is solidly anchored to the ground， while simultaneously establishing a distinct base for the lighter glass elements overhead.This base contains common areas such as foyer， restaurant， conference rooms and parking， while the hotel rooms can be found in the white glass volumes.The transition between the recreational area by the water and the hotel’s outdoor area is fluid and allows for a diagonal trajectory through the hotel lobby and down to the water. The hotel landscaping is park-like and connects to the infrastructure and walkways already present in the area.The project addresses an existing building along Martin Linges road by rising up to a similar height， while stepping down towards the southeast in order to assume a scale appropriate for the transition to the park and beach areas which are found there.In essence， the hotel aims to act as a broker between the relatively densely built-up areas towards the north and the open areas towards the south. This concept is supported by the transparency of the entrance， which ensures a strong visual connection to the sea when approaching from Martin Linges road.
