这个住宅位于俄克拉荷马城商业区外一个地势较高的社区内，由Fitzsimmons建筑事务所设计，住宅试图帮助重新为此地注入活力，同时表达对二十世纪中期加州案例住宅设计的尊重，场地位于一个旧结构拆除后的空地上，设计最大限度地利用地势的高抬，同时捕捉中心区美丽的天际线。
Located in an elevated neighborhood just outside of Oklahoma City’s downtown， the Oklahoma Case Study House by Fitzsimmons Architects is helping to reinvest in a once decaying part of the city while also paying homage to the Case Study Houses of mid-twentieth-century California. The site is located on a lot left empty after city demolition of rundown housing paved the way for new development in the area. The design is deliberate to take advantage of the elevated vicinity and capture as much of the unobstructed view to the downtown skyline as possible.
