这个场地是18米宽32米深，南侧是一个花园，严格的场地限制定义了整个建筑的形状。但是住宅还是有足够的空间发展不同的房间，从而创造出一种高质量的住宅环境。组织和技术细节使这个住宅变得特别。场地的朝向需要住宅接近花园一侧的起居空间越大越好，从而生成起居空间和花园空间之间最大限度地融合。也是因为花园的存在，住宅的后立面均由玻璃组成，露台和遮挡使住宅的室内和室外之间的过渡变得自然，玻璃立面同时创造出最大的光线吸收。
The parcel is 18 meter wide and 32 meter deep and is situated with the garden on the south side. The strict regulations of this development site define for a large part the shape of the building. However， there is enough room to give the house an individual character and to create a high quality home. It’s the organization and technical detailing that makes the house special. The orientation of the site asks for a living space as large as possible adjacent to the garden， to create maximum contact between the living room and the garden. Therefore the total rear facade of the house is glass. The terrace and sunscreen adjoining the house makes the border between inside and outside as small as possible. The glass facade also creates maximum daylight into the living room.
