这个住宅位于海拔1450米的高地，它包含三层，立于村子的东角。它的周围是其他一系列单独家庭住宅，附近还有巨大的铁路高架桥。住宅的身体与地形相呼应，它朝向周围山谷边上的房子，使住户能看见绝大部分的村镇景色和山上景色。建造用现代的手法来回应环境的传统性。
In the western part of Graubünden 1450 meters above sea level， this 3-storey house is situated in the eastern edge of the village. It stands in the company of other single-family dwellings， with close proximity to a large railway viaduct. The body of the building reacts to the topography of the land; turning like its neighboring valley-sided houses to provide great views of the village and mountains. The construction offers a contemporary response to the traditional typology of Surselva， where the lower doors are solid and differ to the upper doors.
