建筑面积：1250平方米Project Area: 1250 sqm这个别墅的设计概念来自John Entenza在五十年代定义的住宅研究案例，别墅呈现出L形的形式，环绕一个巨大的游泳池设计，另有落叶松木材铺就的阳光露台，室内起居空间的持续性是通过一个玻璃墙实现的，它继续向外延展，围绕住宅的整个周边，朝着广阔的海景。与花园对比起来，住宅几乎是漂浮着的，这是因为一个连绵和光滑的边缘的存在，它远离地面，环绕住宅，定义了外立面的线条，这一线条又与由垂直边墙定义的基底相连。The villa has an L-shaped ground plan shape， is set around a large swimming pool with sun terrace paved with planks of larch treated with a white primer. The continuity of the interior of the living room and is secured by a glass wall that continues to spread around the perimeter of the house facing the sea view.
