建筑面积：450平方米Project area: 450 sqm 瓦拉日丁是克罗地亚北部一个历史老城，它以保存完好的巴洛克风格建筑出名。狭窄的街道，广场和公园，装修精致的建筑表皮都是城市的标志。这个住宅离城市商业区很近，只有一层，较长的一个立面冲着街道，这是当地比较流行的建筑模式。设计包含两部分，古老的一部分和较新的一部分。起居室覆盖整个新空间的首层，将人们的日常生活空间放在了两个冬季花园之间。Varaždin， a historic city in northern part of Croatia， is known for its well-preserved Baroque architecture. The narrow streets， squares and parks， facades with its ornaments contribute to the identity of the city. The house is within walking distance of downtown. One-story house with the longer side of the façade along the street is the most popular building type in this district since the 18th Century. Such houses met the needs of the residents and were in relation to city size. Varaždin residence consists of two parts， the older and more recent one. The living room comprises the entire ground floor of the new house. We can say that the everyday life takes place between two winter gardens.
