场地面积：150平方米 建筑面积：240平方米 Site Area: 150 sqm Project Area: 240 sqm 这个住宅位于一个不起眼的低矮街区上，它原来是一个两层半的阶梯式住宅，现在被重新改造，成为一个四口之家和他们宠物的温馨住所。这个房屋三面都被包围，地段可以被称作窄巷，窄巷和它特有的多孔性为建筑获得有效的十字通风提供了可能性。冲街一面安排的是住宅的对外公共空间，私人空间则被安置在楼上的封闭墙内。 Situated in a non-descript， low-rise neighborhood， the 2½-storey intermediate terrace house is rebuilt for a family of four and their pets. Landlocked on 3 sides by the party and rear walls of neighboring plots， the site with its dominant linearity is conceptualized as an “alleyway“. The “alleyway” with its porosity is crucial for effective cross-ventilation through the dwelling. Organized along the open thoroughfare are the extroverted communal spaces while the private spaces are “hung” on the upper floors within enclosing walls.
