建筑面积：1704平方米Project area: 1，704 sqm 这是一个长长的狭窄的建筑，包含三层，从北侧向街道延伸，楼顶包含两个房间，这两个房间形成了住宅的第四层，另有一个露台与之相连。住宅的三个前门服务楼梯，公寓房间围绕着楼梯排布，形成有效的空间布局，使内外空间和环境达到互动。The building is a long， narrow three storey block running north up Sussex Street with two ‘rooms on the roof’ adding a fourth storey with roof terraces adjacent. There are three front doors serving stairways with apartments arranged around them resulting in an efficient net to gross area and good prospects for a social and business aspect to neighborliness， an important factor in the briefing for the building which anticipated a ‘networking’ environment both in and around the building.
