建筑面积：920平方米 Project area: 920 sqm 这九个住宅是用来出租的，它们是用木材建造而成，随着时间流逝，木材将变为灰色。内部空间能随意变幻以适应不同的家庭类型。首层的露台，天井与立面相呼应，为东侧的房间增加情趣，同时也能挡住强烈的光照。巨大的窗户为住户提供绝佳视野，良好光照。 The 9 houses， meant for renting， have been built in wood that will turn grey as it ages， with low maintenance charges. They have a living space flexible enough to accomodate any family. On the fisrt floor which is built in wood， the terraces and patios give rythm to the facade， and enlighten the rooms built on the eastern side while protecting them from outside glances. Terraces and large windows offer to the inhabitants a panoramic view on the garden， good luminosity inside and a nice place to live in.
