The Land extension of 31，064.16 sqm has residential permit for 3 units of 16-level Buildings (that is ground level plus 15 condominium stages) over the mid-sidewalk 0+00.0 level， which altogether will give space to 180 living spaces， a club house for common use， and sport and recreation facilities. There will be two underground parking levels will have a central motor lobby and a vertical elevator nucleus with access to all 16 levels.
