总面积：1275平方米 施工面积：655平方米Sergio Koch Location: Oporto, Portugal Site area: 1,275 sqm Constructed area: 655 sqm Project Year: 2006-2009该建筑座落在街角处，波尔图Foz海岸边一处自然地块上，建筑师在设计过程中始终寻求一种最佳的地形角度和地块形式，以解决别墅外形及构建一个最佳的观景露台。该住宅建在地块中央，入口处进行了有利的分配，例如，街道和大海垂直，因此就避免了地块大幅度的运作和由此产生的冲突，将海街连接起来，保持了视野的深度性。The building sit is a street corner, in a natural terrace by the sea and the occupation of that is based on the search for optimal morphology of the land as a form of resolution for the deployment proposal.The house was constructed in the mi ddle of the field and the entrance is made by the more favorable allotment, ie, the street perpendicular to the sea, thus avoiding a large movement of earth and conflicts with a possible connection to the sea side avenue, keeping depth look at the horizon.
