场地面积：1535平方米 建筑面积：21900平方米Site Area: 1，535 sqm Project Area: 21，900 sqm 这个建筑利用城市再规划资金，为公众提供经济的住宅空间，它位于圣地亚哥市中心，是一个充分利用节能措施及可回收材料的建筑，建筑立面采用从工厂回收的铝和锌材，呈现出形式各异的遮挡效果。这个大楼共26层，包含285个公寓，一个公共首层和楼顶层，地下四层停车空间，三个泳池及一个私人的室内广场。 Utilizing an urban renewal grant， Gen Building is an affordable housing residential complex located in the center of Santiago. Considering energy conservation and recycled materials the architects chose to design a façade that utilized discarded aluminum and zinc materials from industrial buildings. This 26-story apartment building has 285 apartments， a public first floor and roof level for entertainment， four floors of underground parking， three pools， and a private indoor plaza.
