摄影师: Marcel van der BurgPhotographs: Marcel van der BurgV21K07将传统住房的功能设置做了个大颠倒！为了获得直接的采光效果和方便欣赏到整个城市的全景图，这个房屋的功能设置以一种奇特的方式堆垒了起来。客厅被放置在了顶楼，包含一个东南朝向的开阔阳台。因为没有任何分隔墙体，所以从阳台望去莱顿的历史中心区被尽收眼底。相比之下，一层却成了多功能室，为居住者提供各种用途，无论是娱乐，办公，阅读还是集体活动。一般应该是发生在荷兰民宅顶楼的私人活动都因此设计而被一览无余。V21K07 puts the functions of a classical House upside-down!In order to profit the most from direct sunlight and the panoramic views over the city the functions of the house were piled up in a rather unusual way. The living area with its generous southeast-orientated roof terrace is situated on the top floor. As there are no partition walls， the open space allows for stunning views over the historical centre of Leiden.By contrast the ground floor holds a multipurpose room， giving the opportunity for all inhabitants to make use of it， be it for playing or working， for reading or collective activities. This exposes activities that would normally be the hidden in the attics of Dutch houses.
