原始建筑物修建于二十世纪五十年代，是一栋半独立式的建筑，新的房主对住宅有自己的要求，所以我们开始了原始建筑的整修工作。住宅并不是单层楼的建筑，住宅是为一个五口之家设计建造的。住宅中的存储空间位于地下室中，卧室则位于上部楼层中。储藏室和卧室中间则是生活空间。住宅的外墙了有一层薄薄的白色粉刷和胶乳，这些胶乳由落叶松木制成。住宅两个体量部分被覆盖了一层锌片，这两个体量位于面南的墙壁上。这个小花园住宅还考虑到了周围的风景，栅栏也是由落叶松木制成的。译者：蝈蝈Original semi detached house was built in 1950′ and the new owner had his own demands about staying there, so complete refurbishment had begun.House was raised for one more level and was planned for family of five members. Storage space was ment to be in the basement, whilst bedrooms are in upper floors. In the middle sections are living spaces.Thin render of white coat was used for the facade combined with latices made of larch wood. Two boxes covered with sheets of zinc were placed on the facade that is facing south.Landscape was also taken in consideration by small garden house and fence also made of larch wood.
