图片提供：elton + leniz arquitectos这座住宅位于圣地亚哥郊外一个叫做“牧场”的私人住宅社区，在这里用地比较充裕，达到了500平米，当地设计公司elton + leniz arquitectos将住宅上下两层设计为建构和特征都截然不同的两部分。一层由一组空间连续的长方体构成，外围采用了裸露的混凝土剪力墙，并在墙面上嵌入自然石材。研究表明，流通的空气可以通过入口进入住宅，经过所有的公共空间、厨房和起居室直至住宅另一端并最后进入花园，形成舒适的室内通风环境。二层的功能包含了所有私人卧室和浴室，采用轻钢龙骨作为框架，外面覆以条状木板，坐落在底层的混凝土基座上。使用者透过通高的玻璃幕墙可以欣赏到庭院和周围的风景。屋顶花园又是一重室外空间，这里被四周的树木环绕，能够隐约瞥见邻家同样的木墙。located on a site of generous dimensions for a 500 square-meter footprint， the house in the private community of la dehesa outside of santiago， chile by local practice elton + leniz arquitectos asociados is split over two levels each with a markedly diverse construction and character. the ground floor is composed of consecutive sliding rectangular strip forms outlined by exposed concrete shear walls with inlays of natural stone masonry. a datum of circulation takes one from the entrance through all the public spaces， kitchen and living room， through to the other end of dwelling and to the exterior garden. the second storey in turn contains the private bedrooms and bathrooms within a lightweight steel skeleton clad in uniform wooden planks in more singular masses that sit atop the solid base. large full-height glass walls frame views to the back yard or out to the landscape in different directions. a rooftop courtyard provides a second exterior area amongst the canopies of the trees and the similar timber facade of the residence.
