这个建筑是由建筑师takeshi yamagata设计的公寓。这个建筑的外观是一个高层的山脉，其内配有幼儿园、商店和办公区域。这个建筑坐落在日本东京的中野医院旁边。对面是一个有名的房屋租赁公司，还有一条环形河。这个建筑的材质是从附近的深林中获取的木材。 这是一个多用途的建筑，不仅仅是一个独立的公寓。它除居住外，主要还是用于商业，第一层是苗圃和便利店，第二层是个办公室，据开发商说，第三层将来也会用于商用。这个项目是建立在一个缺乏高质量建筑的地区，它的建成为当地提供了便利的社区设施。此外，其屋顶还建有一个屋顶花园，它甚至可以弥补周围缺少绿色植被的缺陷。这个小区不仅为单身人士和丁克家族有着周到的考虑，还为有孩子的夫妇们提供了一个临近工作地点的托儿所和幼儿园。译者： 毛毛'chojbayashi building' by takeshi yamagata architects is an eight-story apartment complex complete with a nursery, shops and office spaces. situated in nakano ward, tokyo, 'chojbayashi building' is owned by an individual who operated factories in this area for generations, and who after going out of business, decided to develop rental housing. facing ring road no. 6 and the kanda river, the neighbouring commercial district is a dense wood-constructed area. the multi-use property has been designed as more than just a self-contained apartment. the first three levels are dedicated to commercial use. a nursery and shops occupy the first and second floors, while office spaces can be found on the third. the integration of these programs is a response to the lack of convenient facilities within the immediate community, which is complimented by a rooftop garden--accessible to even the public--to compensate for the absence of green spaces in the surrounding vicinity. the residential quarters have be conceived for single people or DINKS (double income no kids) in their 20s and 30s who are working in the metropolitan area an taking advantage of good access to the city. however, the other offerings are also beneficial to couples with children who can make use of the small offices and nursery quarters, in order to live close to their workplaces.
