The view of the endless water plays an important role for all 26 private properties. The promenade side of the building consists of large glass bay windows with entrances and the stairwells in between. On the side that faces the land， the sun side， all apartments have a spacious balcony. The standard program for each apartment includes a bathroom， kitchen， and a toilet. The rest is free space and can be designed freely. This gives residents optimal freedom of choice.
