这一住宅楼共有56个单元，位于日本新泻地区。该项目位于沿街位置，靠近中央车站在一个繁忙的丁字路口端头。由于其规模新泻是一个典型的机动化社会。它缺乏一个地铁系统，因此私家车是普遍的运输方式。对此，我们采用底层架空柱，最大限度地提高停车位的数量。这种底层架空柱用于双重目的，不仅通过建筑计划，而且也有利于建筑结构的稳定性。
