这座颇具未来感的房子位于荷兰，由Paul de Ruiter Architects工作室设计。该建筑是一座高效节能的建筑，其中我们看到的被架在空中的部分只是该建筑的一半，而另一半则位于其下面的水池下方。

来自阿姆斯特丹的Paul de Ruiter Architects应业主的要求，需要设计一座全年舒适的住宅，重要的是这种舒适度的实现不能依靠过多的能源消耗，要以最低的能源换来最大的舒适度，从而保护建筑所处的生态保护区内的自然环境。

主要的起居空间，厨房以及三间卧室及卫生间都容纳在空中长盒子中，通过玻璃门及不同的分区相互隔开。周圈通体的落地窗让周围空旷的景观平静如画地完全呈现。地下空间主要由车库，储藏间，卧室以及办公空间组成。其中在办公房间的尽端是一扇巨大的窗，可以远眺人工湖的风景。
