建筑面积: 584 平方米 这块不规则的用地位于城市西侧边界的一个小地方，这里是一个非常安宁的所在，邻里间创造了一个树木繁茂、安静而无车辆打扰的良好城市环境。业主希望设计师们设计出舒适方便又令人愉悦的家，对每个空间的功能要求非常严格。进入住宅，首先迎接来客的是一个双层通高的室内庭院，庭院中6米高的树带来了一种静谧的氛围，树后的楼梯是这座住宅中唯一的垂直交通空间，成为上下三层楼之间的联系。建筑是东西向的，所以在住宅前面设置了一个木质格栅用来遮阳，也保护了室内的隐私。室内空间非常开敞，很少使用隔墙，起居室与餐厅连在一起，都通过开阔的窗完全对外开放。这座住宅采用的都是非常简单的材料，白色钢材、涂层铝材、灰石层板、美国黑带钢、胡桃木和钢化玻璃等。室内的浴室和服务区都采用了瓷砖。墙面涂料采用了高光泽度的种类来增加房间的深度感和光感，同时也在各个空间中开了一些天窗，让阳光照射进各个角落。 This irregular ground is located in a small place to the west limits of the city. It is a very peaceful and neighbors want to have a good urban environment: wooded， quiet， and free from cars on the streets. Customers asked us to develop a comfortable， convenient and pleasant home， which forced us to be very strict with the uses of each space and the functionality of the home.Upon entering the house， the visitor is greeted by a double-height interior patio， where a tree of 6m generates a very quiet atmosphere. Behind this tree is located the only staircase that connects the three levels. The location is east-west， so that in front of the house it was placed a lattice， that allows a connection with the wooded area of the alley and that gives privacy to the inside. Spaces are almost exempt from walls， the living and dining room are joined in a large space that fully opens to the outside through windows.The house is built upon simple materials， white steel， enameled aluminum， laminated gray stone of St. Andrew， american quarry black strip， walnut wood and tempered glass. The interiors of bathrooms and service areas are coated with porcelain. We used high-gloss lacquered walls to add depth and sparkle the house， also we placed generous skylights in various places in order to keep the house lighted.
