The location enjoys advantageous geography and landscape. The planningis to build a road system diverting pedestrian flow from vehicular flow, withan arterial driveway penetrating the land lot from north to south as the frameto connect each group together. The motor vehicles enter into the basement fromthe group entrance and the group interior is purely a pedestrian system. Thelayout of park space is flexible, which strengthens the enclosure sense ofgroup interior and the ritual sense of entry into the group, while emphasizingthe independence of each group. The residential buildings are mainly multi-storeybuildings, high-rise buildings and flat mansions with a few townhouses andshops as auxiliaries.
