桐庐桂花园 Project: Sweet Osmanthus, Tonglu County 项目地点：浙江 桐庐 Location: Tonglu County, Hangzhou City, ZhejiangProvince 设计时间：2006-2010 Design Date: 2006-2010 建筑面积：16万㎡ Building Area: 160,000m2 项目地处桐庐江南新区核心区域，四周青山环抱，内拥5700平方米自然湖泊，位置得天独厚，景观优势明显。规划采用人车分流的道路系统，以一条贯穿地块南北的车行主干道为骨架串连起各组团，机动车于组团口步入地库，组团内部为纯粹的人行步道系统；园区空间布局灵活，在强调各组团独立性的同时，也在组团内部的围合感以及进入组团的仪式感方面有所加强。住宅类型以多层、高层和平层官邸为主，辅以少量排屋和商铺，力求营造低密度、低容积率、高绿化率的大型现代生活园区。 Thisproject is located in the core area of Jiangnan New District of Tonglu County.It is surrounded by green mountains and contains 5700m2 naturallakes. The location enjoys advantageous geography and landscape. The planningis to build a road system diverting pedestrian flow from vehicular flow, withan arterial driveway penetrating the land lot from north to south as the frameto connect each group together. The motor vehicles enter into the basement fromthe group entrance and the group interior is purely a pedestrian system. Thelayout of park space is flexible, which strengthens the enclosure sense ofgroup interior and the ritual sense of entry into the group, while emphasizingthe independence of each group. The residential buildings are mainly multi-storeybuildings, high-rise buildings and flat mansions with a few townhouses andshops as auxiliaries. It strives to build a large and modern life park with lowdensity, low plot ratio and high green ratio.
