建筑面积：272平方米Project area: 272 sqm这是一个私人别墅，位于海边，包括三层空间，入口位于与道路齐平的二层。因为场地内住宅的高密度，住宅采用了三个半遮蔽立面，但是冲着海的一面则是全部打开。住宅的公共区也都是朝着这一面的，能享受海面绝佳的视野。住宅每层都有阳台或是露台，最大限度地利用周围景观。House Oscar is a villa designed for one private family， located on a site by the water on Stora Essingen in central Stockholm， Sweden. The house has three levels with the entrance on the second floor. Due to the high density of houses in the neighborhood the house has three semi closed facades， but is wide open with a glass facade towards the seaside in southwest. The social areas are all situated towards the southwest façade， with a view over the sea Mälaren. The house has either a balcony or terrace on each floor， to maximum the view over the nice surroundings.
