The house has three levels with the entrance on the second floor. Due to the high density of houses in the neighborhood the house has three semi closed facades， but is wide open with a glass facade towards the seaside in southwest. The social areas are all situated towards the southwest façade， with a view over the sea Mälaren. The house has either a balcony or terrace on each floor， to maximum the view over the nice surroundings.
