The whole area is beside the urban main road--Jingpo Lake East Roadin the east, Mudanjiang River in the west, theurban secondary road--Xinglong Street in the south. And the Mudanjiang Bridgeand Wusuli Roadconcatenate each area into a whole through connecting the new and old towns. 本项目整体定位为欧式风情，从建筑立面到小区环境，处处弥漫着浪漫和典雅。小区整体色调清新，立面砖红色与浅米黄色的搭配与小区的绿化相得益彰，使人有如临欧洲园林的感受。小区主入口处的会所，更是本项目的点睛之笔。会所采用法式建筑风格，大体量的坡顶，有着浓郁的欧洲浪漫风情，选材上多采用红色面砖为主，传承了历史的古朴，局部使用金属漆和钢构件，整个建筑体量适中，平面舒展，具有与自然相融合的气质。 Positioned as the European style as a whole, the project is permeatedwith romance and elegance from the building elevation to the residentialenvironment. The housing area takes on a pure and fresh hue as a whole, thematch of brick red and buff on the elevation and the greening of the areabringing out the best in each other, thus making people feel as if they were ina European garden. Especially the club in the main entrance of the area, it is thecrowning touch to the project. Employing the French architecture with the largeslope crest, the club possesses strong romantic European style. As formaterials of the club building, the red face bricks are mainly used to carryforward the historical primitive simplicity, and meantime, metallic paint andsteel components are applied partly. All this presents the club a moderatevolume and a stretching plane, having the quality of fusing with nature.
