The land lot is in the center of old Nantong town,near Ren’gang River in the south. The project is positioned as a hi-gradecomprehensive residential community, comprising of 13 hi-rise residentialbuildings and roadside commercial stores. The unit floor area ranges 130-290m², andthere are totally 750 units, to be developed in two phases.
