It extends west to Qingfeng Road,north to Beitanghe Road, east to Sanxin Road, and neighbors Qingye Road in thesouth. 项目规划将流畅、共享及和谐作为设计出发点。整体布局将高层呈围合状布置于别墅外围，有别于传统将高层区与别墅社区完全分隔的手法，本项目将开放性邻里空间作为纽带，将高层的活动范围延伸至别墅区，连接别墅区主轴与亲水景观带，最大化高层居住价值，并通过设置别墅小尺度节点加强私密性。同时融入龙湖地产多年高端住宅开发经验，整体氛围一气呵成，空间精致流畅。 The project design starts from smoothness,sharing and harmony. The general layout puts the enclosing hi-rise buildings inthe periphery of villas, different from traditional way of complete separationbetween hi-rise residential area and villas area. This project extends thehi-rise area to villas area through the linkage of open neighborhood spaces toconnect the main axis of villas area and waterborne landscaping belt, tomaximize hi-rise residential value, and strengthen privacy by setting up villassmall-scale nodes. Meanwhile, it integrates LongFor rich experience of manyyears in hi-end residential development, so the atmosphere is integral, and thespaces are fine and smooth. 设计主要体现龙湖的景观特色，将别墅的景观理念融入高层空间中。将河道及社区主轴线进行重点打造并带动其他景观节点形成点、线、面的景观布局，并结合龙湖多种植多层次的景观理念，对景观的进深感进行视觉拓展，高层区灵动贯穿、一气呵成，别墅区层次分明、步移景异。 The design mainly represents landscapingfeatures of Dragon Lake, integrating villas landscaping philosophy into hi-risespaces. It emphasizes the main axis of community and river, driving otherlandscaping points to form a layout of point, line and surface, and combiningmulti-vegetation multilevel landscaping philosophy of Dragon Lake, to extendvisually the landscaping depth. The hi-rise area is swift and integral, and thevillas area is distinct with different views at every step.
