The land lotis on south side of Shanghai East Road, near Zhenxing East Road in the south,Xinjing Road in the east, and adjacent to Xinkai River in the west. 项目的设计理念是：1、小组团化邻里社区；2、纯步行社区；3、三级物管、安心居住。建筑设计上小区采用新法式风格，用一种多元化的思考方式，将怀古的浪漫情怀与现代人对生活的需求相结合，兼容华贵典雅与时尚现代，新古典风格从简单到繁杂、从整体到局部，精雕细琢，镶花刻金都给人一丝不苟的印象。一方面尊重和保留了新材质和色彩的自然风格，；另一方面仍然何以通过准确的比例调整和精致的细节设计很强烈地感受传统的历史痕迹与浑厚的文化底蕴，精致，端庄，对称。建筑立面处理细腻典雅，以体现自然、亲和的“家”的气质与形态。新古典与现代结合的风格，与周围环境相协调，并丰富住宅建筑造型与户外空间效果。 The design ideas include: 1) groupingneighborhood community; 2) pure pedestrian community; 3) property management at3 levels, ensuring peaceful habitation. The design is neo-French style, with adiverse thinking manner to integrate ancient romantics with modern liferequirements. It is elegant, noble, modern and fashionable, showingneo-classical style from simplicity to complicity, from the whole to part,every detail is elaborated, and every decoration is meticulous. The designrespects and remains the natural style of new materials and colors on one hand,and records traditional historic traces and profound cultural deposit throughaccurate scales and exquisite details on the other hand, rendering a strongfeeling of elegance, beauty and symmetry. The façade is delicate and elegant,representing a natural and cozy “home” character and form.
