设计是经过深思熟虑，提供成人精神病学的新病房的自然光线进入绿色庭院，门诊，和在一个逻辑结构的附加医疗实验室，不只对现有医院以及城市。一个中央走廊是统一的因素空间的组织，创造一个明确的内部的城市街道，服务的分支程序，使一个合理的流动也使得它更容易适应未来新的扩展。功能位于减少病人行走时间的情况下，他们需要从一个移动到另一翼的最佳位置，同时也简化项目或产品的运输在整个复杂的。
