The project offers a mix of three-, four-,and live-bedroom units along with one and two-bedroom units, The dining area in the four- and five-bedroom units is sized for extended rarmly gatherings. Parking is located at the perimeter of the Site, with housing and communal facilities at the center linked with pedestrian pathways. The Community Center has both indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, and includes play areas and community gardens, A large barbecue pit used throughout the year for various cultural events is also centrally Ideated. A community garden set .aside for resident use is located at the edge of the community. The entire project is accessible despite the fact that it includes a number of level changes.
Because several of the Southeast Asian lesiJertB came from moun.la rous regions, the housing‘s roof shapes were designed to symbolise both the local mountains and those of the residents‘ homelands. At the corner entries to each court and at the midpoint court entries the po‘ches are tooped wit pyramidal hipped roofs, which in turn are clad in white roof shingles.
