这个住宅离莫斯科20千米左右，呈现出一个故意严谨的对称几何结构，但是不是会让人感到无聊和无趣的一种对称，它其实是灵活和勇气的一种象征。住宅包括两个5米长的阳台露台，这是立面的主要元素，也是接触太阳和雨水最多的环节。立面低部是由加固混凝土建成，高部则是人工落叶松。

The main idea of this house， built about 20 km from Moscow – a deliberately rigid symmetry， but not as a synonym for boring regularity， as well as a symbol of agility and courage. Two five-meter balcony-terraces， which can be considered one of the main elements of the facade， close-deck area from the sun and rain. The lower part of the facade is made of reinforced concrete with traces of formwork， the top – from the artificially aged larch.
