因为别墅处于场址的后部，所以我们的设计以通往场址的第一个入口为开端，在这个入口处伫立着一个手工的外壳，这个外壳由单独的混凝土条按之字形构成，这样的设计产生了一个按照不同时间和季节提供不同亮点和阴影效果的框架。通过这第一个边界后，别墅就像一个磁石一样吸引着别人去了解它并走过去看看它。别墅被设计成了一个简单、巧妙关联着的体量，设计图中的三个矩形变成了三个棱柱，它们分别拥有独特的功能和定制的材料，它们是按照L型组织的。

在别墅的结构中，大的混凝土板是主角。这个混凝土板是上封头，它径直穿过场址并变成了一个侧面的围墙。我们尝试着去传达出一种平静的现代性与一种无虑的心态，别墅虽然朴素但是它能催生出一种刺激的生活方式。别墅中有一条红色的轴线穿过，从而将别墅分成了两个部分，这个效果也被楼层的变化、私人区域的木板和厕所中平滑的混凝土支持着。

Due to the location of the house, in the back of the site, the intervention begins with a first access to the site, where an artisanal envelope stands, made of individual strips of concrete arranged in a zigzag, which generate a frame offering different highlight and shadow effects given the time and season.Crossing this first boundary, the house acts as a magnet, it generates anxiety to know it and forces one to walk looking at it.It is designed as a communion of simple, subtly related volumes, three rectangles in plan that become three prisms, with distinct uses, defined materials, organized in an “L”.

The large concrete slab is protagonist. It is the upper cover that cuts across the field finishing as a side enclosure without reaching the floor.We seek to convey a serene modernity with a secure attitude, a simplicity that generates a stimulating life.A red axis crosses it, dividing the program, an effect supported by the change in flooring, wood boards in the private area and smooth cement in the rest.
