拉斯特兰卡斯别墅的修建对这个地方的人口聚居来说是一个起始点，项目的场址位于挨着Conaripe的Calafquen湖的湖畔。这是一块处女地，所以必须驯服它。因为这是这个地方的第一栋建筑物，项目的逻辑必须尽量去适应当地的知识，因为地形特点和交通不方便的原因所致，建筑过程中使用的大多数材料、技术和工艺必须来自当地，所以建造别墅使用的技艺多少有点是不受时间影响的经典。

It’s a starting point for the colonization of this property, located on the banks of lake Calafquen near Conaripe. A virgin place which must be tamed.For this first construction, the project’s logic had to be as fitting to local knowledge as possible, because due to the terrain’s characteristics and the difficulties of access, most of the materials, techniques and workmanship used would have to be local, presenting a somewhat technically atemporal construction.

On the other hand, architecturally, the house had to be able to mutate or adapt, because of it being the starting point of a colonization project, there was no way of foreseeing what uses it would be given today or in the future.It presents the construction of a wooden pavilion, mounted on stilts, on a very steep site, located close to the lake shore. Meant for various and flexible uses, which may vary within time according to future requirements, it’s placed dominating the property.A roof structure is projected to shelter the interior, which steps back on three of its corners forming a ledged perimeter for protection against heavy rain or sun conditions.
