这是一个位于荷兰郊区的住宅，总体平整，周围是绿色的新辟土地，堤坝和许多的湖。住宅冲着湖面排布，具有开阔敞亮的空间，它不是一系列独立房间的集合体，不同的房间都有冲着平台的景色，设计的安排使每一个单独的房间都成为一个大环境的一部分。


Leeuwarden is a provincial town in the north of Holland. The landscape in this region has been conquered from the sea and therefore it is mostly flat and consists of green polders， dykes and many lakes. The villa is a large dwelling with spacious and open accommodation areas， while at the same time; this residence is not a large collection of closed separated rooms. All the different rooms have a view into the patio. Due to this spatial organization every single room of the house is part of a larger space.
