建筑面积：350平方米 Project area: 350 sqm 这个别墅包含三层，采用裂层模式。它是一个原生态的木质建筑，呈普通矩形。建造过程是通过堆砌木质结构展开的，根据室内空间的需求，上层空间最终以悬臂的形式得以呈现。总体来讲，这是一个可持续的设计，自然环保，能耗较低。 Villa Kapla is a three story， split-level house， based on the logic of Kapla planks. It’s an organic， yet rectangular， wooden building， sitting on one of the hillsides of the island of Lidingö in Stockholm. According to the logic of Kapla， we started out spatializing the programme by stacking wooden blocks – where the interior rooms because of their number， square footage or potential views demanded it， blocks would cantilever， resulting in a number of randomly protruding volumes. A combination of sustainable design， heavy insulation and clean-tech also make Villa Kapla a low energy house.
