在这个占地1.8公顷的朝着北侧和东侧美丽海景的场地上，设计师要打造一个1600平方米的为五口之家准备的住宅，它还要包含为客人及仆人准备的空间。住宅位于场地的较低处，与海边靠近，同时与附近公路还有邻里分隔。两个带有铜质屋顶的翼结构连接中心点，中心点处是入口点和通向低层的楼梯所在地。不规则的平面布置是室内流通路线所致，也是出于设计想要最大限度地捕捉美景。屋顶是住宅的第五立面，而且可能是最重要的一个，从入口到花园的路上就能看见这个生动的“立面”。 On a plot of 1.8 hectares oriented to the north and east with good views over the sea， the plan is for a building of 1，600 m2 with a programme for a family of five， with complementary spaces for guests and servants. The house is situated in the lower part of the plot to facilitate proximity to the beach and separate it from the access street and the neighbours’ sight. Two wings with copper roofs connect at the central point， where the entrance and the stairway to the lower floor are located. The irregular shape of the floor plan is generated by the internal routes foreseen in the programme and an optimal exploitation of the good views. With the location in the lower part of the plot， the roof of the building becomes a fifth façade of the house， and perhaps the most significant， being visible from the moment of passing through the entrance gate to the garden.
