这座度假别墅位于马尔堡西部面向山脉的灌木丛中。住宅包含两部分，上层空间较大，用作客厅，客厅每边都设置了甲板，主人可在一天之中欣赏到美丽的晨曦和夕阳。  This holiday house sits on a west facing hillside in a bush clad bay in the Marlborough Sounds. The house is in two parts， each with a fine roof that follows the lie of the land. The upstairs living areas are one large space with decks at each end to enjoy both the morning and afternoon sun.
