这是由Giovanni Moreno Arquitectos 设计的GM1别墅。客户为两户人家，他们希望拥有一个能一起分享的公共空间、一个良好的游泳池，并在合理预算之下。设计大量使用硬朗的直线、大面积的窗户、滑动的趟门、金属框架，构建一个大跨度的空间，减少不必要的装饰，地板、墙身及天花板都采用了白色色调，有助实现自然元素（风、光、水、绿化）的一体化。场地面积800平方米，建筑面积513平方米，停车场及绿化面积分别为130平方米和276平方米。建筑包括三个功能区，它们之间各自独立而又通过走廊和阳台相连。私人区为二层的卧室；生活区则布置了客厅、游泳池、厨房；而服务空间包括浴室、洗衣室、储物室以及客房。为了营造光线充足、空间宽敞的氛围，建筑主要采用了金属框架和轻型材料。床、床头柜、洗手间以便于维修为原则。趟门采用了铝框的滑动玻璃窗。厨房以白色为主，线条简单，白色的聚氨酯漆和黑色的大理石台面形成强烈对比。这个别墅的地板与墙壁都是采用了相同的白色涂料。浴室安装了没有边框的镜子和一个简单的水龙头。建筑室内减免不必要的元素。建筑时间：2011 图片来源：Andrés Valbuena 译者：艾比 The customers are 2 families. For one of the families the architect had done remodeling jobs, one family had 2 and the other 3 teenagers children respectively. The 2 families basically wanted a house where they could share, with spacious areas, a “good” pool, and a shared budget. The owners are young couples and wanted a modern house with open spaces. Architectural concept of the project The sensuality of the solid lines, large windows, sliding doors, metal structures, which generates large spans and generous ruffles, finishes without unnecessary frills and the white color on floors, walls and ceilings highlight the basic concepts that are evident in this work; The integration of nature (wind, light, water, vegetation) as elements that bring us closer to our essence.
