业主：私人 项目面积：257平方米 设计年限：2010 施工年限：2010-2011 Client: Private Project area: 257 sqm Design year: 2010 Construction year: 2010 – 2011 Neo建筑工作室与我们分享了他们近期设计完成的一个住宅项目，位于波兰Garby靠近波兹南附近。住宅位于一块凹陷的地块上，建筑背景是向南倾斜的坡地。业主希望构建一个复式住宅，双层客厅，围绕中央空间。住宅背部和环境完全融入一起。当然了，该住宅还包括是快乐家庭四件套：厨房，餐厅，卧室等。 NeoStudio Architekci shared their completed design for a residence in Garby near Poznan， Poland. Located on a sunken site， the building rests on a steep southern slope. With the client’s desire for a double height， two-level living room， the home takes its form around that central room. The back of the home has been fitted to the existing slope and makes the form read as ”soaking into the surroundings” as an attempt to make the form dissolve into nature. The house also includes the standard amenities for a family of four， such as a kitchen， dining area and bedrooms.
