建筑面积：371平方米 住宅位于一个满是独立住宅的地区，在这一片嘈杂混乱的建筑群里，客户希望有一个平房，它要包含一个起居空间，和一个夜晚起居空间，还有单独的可以充当内间和客房的空间。可是问题是附近邻里的影响，为了保留隐私，设计的针对策略是创造出主要的露台空间，它们避于住宅三面，从而形成多个亲密的空间，为住户及朋友提供开放的空间。 The house is located in the district of detached houses， among the chaotic and varied building which is a typical for the majority of contemporary Polish suburbs The client’s request was a bungalow – the utility program has a living area a private night area and separated space which serves as a cabinet and a spare room. In the future it can be a room for senior. The problem was connected with the neighborhood houses which have a look-in the site. The Investor has wanted to have a not introverted house with opening towards the garden. The solution was to create the principal terrace which is lee from three sides. In this way it became an intimate space for spending free time with friends during warm months.
