这栋住宅大楼项目由Evgeny Gerasimov工作室设计，将在位于圣彼德堡的Pobedy大街上开工建设，设计集复古和现代为一体。新大楼的建筑工地位于Pobedy大街，这条街及大概的建设项目可追溯到1935-37，和Moskovsky Avenue大道成对角。穿过Obvodnoy Channel之后， 这些19世纪的住房就给斯大林时期的建筑让步了，看起来就像是两个不同时期的建筑结合到了一起，也决定了位于Moskovsky Avenue大道边上这栋住宅大楼的风格。  The project of a residential building offered by Evgeny Gerasimov Studio to be built on Pobedy Street in Saint Petersburg， combines retro phrases and a modern vision. The construction site of the new building is located on Pobedy Street， the one that originally appeared on the city map in connection with its general reconstruction program that started back in 1935-37. This street was designed in the form of a boulevard that meets Moskovsky Avenue diagonally. After one crosses the Obvodnoy Channel， the XIX century houses give way to the buildings of Stalin era， and it looks as though it was this combination of two different eras of architecture that determined the image of this house located in the immediate vicinity of the avenue.
