这是由Morato Arquitetura设计的DN住宅。该住宅位于Nova Lima山区，房子的周边为一个内部的露台，从而将私人的空间和社会的空间分隔开来。平台以房子后院的角色在公共区域的上方斜插入，同时也成为了观赏自然景观的平台。该房子的设计元素运用了裸露的混凝土、白墙、木材和玻璃等，不同材料产生的对比感使得房子的立面视觉更加丰富。 译者： 艾比 The House DN is located in the mountain region of Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, and it develops itself around an internal patio, that separates the private from the social sector. The building settlement in the soil occurs through the overlapping of specific occupation baselines: access/services; social area/internal patio; private area; terrace. The heavy land inclination does not allow a comfortable appropriation of available areas. The insertion of a terrace over the social block fulfills the role of the house’s back yard and, at the same time, observatory to the region’s wide natural sights.The utilized materials – exposed concrete, white walls, wood and glass, create contrasts that enhance the façade’s visual dynamics.The inclined planes created by concrete flagstones value the volumetry’s plasticity and relate the visual identity of the house to the traditional forms of the Brazilian residential architecture.
