项目设计的理念很简单，即在一个标准的住宅预算之下修建一栋大房子。住宅拥有与生物气候学相关的聚碳酸酯木框架外壳，住宅的总面积有156平方米，但是木质结构的楼层面积只有148平方米，这148平方米的空间分布在两个楼层中。两个建筑结构之间的体量是我们的有意为之：车库，或高或低的阳台……住宅中的房间由一个木材炉加热。根据季节的交替，住宅的表面及氛围都是不一样的。住宅与花园之间的关系是通过宽的开口与可滑动的墙壁达到的。在炎热的夏天，帆布制的覆盖和通风窗保证了住宅内的舒适度。别墅内部的一些装饰设计是自制的。标志性的建筑体量与规模、间隙空位和由内而外的理念非常和谐。 The idea is simple, build a big house with a standard home budget. A bioclimatic envelope (polycarbonate wood framing ) of 156 m2 floor hosts a 148m2 wooden construction on two levels.The volumes between the two constructions are intended: garage, terrace high and low … The rooms are heated by a wood stove (pellets).The purpose of surfaces and atmospheres vary different at times according to the seasons. The relationship to the garden is worked with wide opening and sliding walls . Canvas shading and ventilation windows ensure summer comfort .Some of the interiors are self-made. The iconic volume plays with scale, the interstitial voids and the concept of inside-out .
