摄影师：Courtesy of Opat Architects 建筑面积：315平方米 对于这个新住宅，客户的要求是：低维护同时允许未来扩建。住宅位于一个半郊区的场地之中，离CBD中心区只有一小时车程，完全是一个独立于公共水资源，供气，污水处理及电力系统之外的住宅。设计包含一系列的室外空间，以作为起居空间的延展。空间被布置朝着北侧，住宅的形状使太阳光能够在冬季温暖室内，同时在夏季为住宅提供自然通风。这个住宅的设计的重要概念围绕“结实的帐篷”展开，可持续专家指导建筑材料的选用，室外墙壁和屋顶都采用的是绝缘轻质结构和涂层。壁炉和混凝土楼层可以提供热能。 In this new home the client brief was for a low maintenance home to accommodate an expanding family with regular guests. Located on a semi-rural context， one hour from the CBD the house is designed to operate independently of public water， gas， sewerage and electricity. The design incorporates a range of outdoor spaces as an extension of the living spaces. Spaces are orientated due north and the shape of the house is designed to allow the sun to heat spaces during winter and to naturally ventilate during summer. We decided on a backbone concept of a tent-made-solid. A sustainability consultant guided the selection of all materials. External walls and roof are insulated lightweight structure and finish. The fireplace and concrete floors provide the thermal mass.
