位置：中国 北京 通州区 宋家庄 设计年限：2007-2008 施工年限：2008-2009 占地面积：1400平方米 建筑面积：5300平方米  Design year： 2007-2008 Construction year： 2008-2009 Site area： 1,400 sqm Building area： 5,300 sqm  宋家庄艺术家公寓，位于中国北京东郊通州区，是中国最大的著名艺术家团体公寓。第一批居住到此的艺术家是岳敏君和方力钧，他们在上个世纪九十年代初从北京西北部的颐和园搬入到宋家庄。随着中国艺术市场的蓬勃发展，宋家庄正发生着戏剧性的转变，艺术家的人数和以及队伍在逐渐壮大，到2008年，已经达到4000人。  Located in Tong Zhou District, eastern outskirts of Beijing, Songzhuang is the most famous and biggest artist community in China. The first artists moved here including Yue Minjun and Fang Lijun,in the early 1990s, having been driven out of another community near the Old Summer Palace in Beijing’s north-west. With the booming of Chinese art market, Songzhuang is undergoing a dramatic expansion of artist population which has reached to 4000 in year 2008.
