这个由zigzag事务所设计的社会住宅是对传统住宅区的一次重新定义，它定义街道的边缘，也包含一个中心的院落，与传统的直角形式相似，但是它拆分的结构生成出多样的表面和不规则的堆砌模式。一个稍稍倾斜的带有角度的屋顶结构更是增加了建筑的趣味感。尽管这是一个新建建筑，但是它表现出历史建筑结构那神秘的感觉。  Designed by zigzag architecture， the project re-models the traditional block. Defining a street edge and central courtyard， the block occupies the same footprint as a conventional orthogonal one， but the fragmented structure generates a more multi-faceted composition of irregularly stacked forms， rather like a child’s building blocks. A shifting， angular geometry of canted roof planes adds a further layer of convolution and interest. Although the fact the complex is newly completed， it has that hugger mugger character of a historic cluster of structures that has evolved over time.
