建筑面积：69.70平方米 Project Area: 69.70 sqm 这个住宅位于一个长长的狭窄的场地上，16.5米宽，80米长，在一个朝着北侧的山上，鸟瞰Maipo河。主人对于这个住宅的位置和朝向有着很清楚的概念，住宅靠近小小的平整场地建造，它即是住宅的庭院空间。住宅被认为是一个大家可以享受假期和自然风景，室外午餐的地方。为此设计师设计了一个与场地和谐的包含着三个层次的住宅空间，同时它呈现出延续的没有隔间的排布。这种方法丰富了木屋的性格，延展了整个空间，每个空间没有特殊的功能，它们都可以进行灵活地安排。所有的屋顶都是甲板，它们延伸了庭院空间和室内空间。 The house is situated on a long and narrow plot， 16，5 meters wide by 80 meters long， on a hill oriented to the north， offering great views of the Maipo river. The owners started with a pretty clear idea of how the project should be positioned on the site. The house was built next to a little flat area that had to remain a patio. With this as a starting point， the assignment was to design a holiday house for the young couple and their kid. The interior is considered a shelter that enables the family to enjoy the natural landscape and outdoor lunches on weekends. With this in mind， we developed a house that adapts to the slope of the site in three levels， organizing the program in a continuous space with no internal partitions. This approach embraces the cabin character desired by the owners and expanding the spatial feeling of the small dimensions of the house. There’s no specific function for each space， keeping its casual style and flexibility that allows for many guests or for a more private experience. On the other hand， all the roofs are decks that extend the patio and the interiors beyond the house.
