这所房屋位于马德里西部边界的一个叫“los Peñascales”的小街坊，“los Peñascales” 有巨大石头的意思。这一地段的特色是一个冲南面的壮观斜坡，两个部分覆盖苔藓的花岗岩石。这个房子的功能性结构已在剖面图中清晰地展示了出来。地下结构被用来解决斜坡问题。由于预算问题，这个房屋不敢过于表现，但真正出来的效果却是具备很强的表现力的，无穷的空间，魅力四射的构造。  The house is located in a small neighbourhood on the west boundaries of Madrid in a place called “los Peñascales”， that mean something as well as great stones. The plot is characterized to have a great slope oriented to the south and have two great granite rocks partially covered by moss. The structure of the house at a functional level as formal is explained perfectly in section. The underground level is used to solve the encounter with the slope of the land. The economic restrictions have caused that the house is solved with the minimal possible gestures that nevertheless generates a great diversity of spaces and attractive situations.
