该住宅坐落在Gra ndola山顶，它既是一座带庭院的住宅，四周围合的核心筒朝向天空，又有一个面对远处大海的洞口。地形是经过塑造的，以保护住宅远离入口道路，并使视野更加开阔。周边结构界定了内部住所以及过渡区域。较高体量中的空间内有着不同的功能和氛围。
