建筑面积：500平方米 Project Area: 500 sqm 这不是一个平常的设计，这是一个在原有建筑楼顶建造的一个住宅项目，它代表一种直接的真实的有意识的实现小城市建筑的举动。这个新建筑的一个主题即楼顶建筑，另一方面它也是对原有的建筑的一种补充和完善。乍一看新建筑和它下面的原有建筑格格不入。但新建筑从一开始就注意与原有建筑在装饰细节和材料上取得统一，尤其是从颜色的选择上；墙面和屋顶的花纹定义新的延续性和怀旧感，但同时展示很强的现代感。 Instead of a plain and uncritical enforcement of the regulation in force， this project， a roof recovery for housing purposes， represents a real， direct and conscious occasion to realize a small urban architecture. The new building develops on the one hand the theme of the house on the roof， on the other hand the completion one. From a typological and formal point of view， the new volume keeps a relative autonomy in respect to the characteristics of the building below. However the new architecture assumes， as starting point， the distinctive decorations and materials of the original construction period. In particular， the chromatic choice， the walls and roof covering define the research of a new type of continuity and familiarity with regard to the past， though keeping a strictly contemporary language.
